SEQUENCE DANCING

Also held at the Broadstone Conservative Club, is Sequence Dancing on Tuesday Evenings, we have two and a half hours of dancing for just a pound, what a bargain!, it might take us a few weeks to perfect a new dance, but who cares, it's all in good fun!.

Sequence Dancing, is a bit like being in love, if you have not had the experience, then it is hard to explain, but dancing is infectious in all ages, whether it be Morris, Folk, Line, Disco, Ballroom, or Sequence, it exercises every part of the body, stimulates the nervous system, tones up the muscles, and nothing so pleasurable is quite so good for you.

Us "Recycled Teenagers" - who also like our Ballroom Dancing - reserve Tuesday Evenings as our Sequence Dance Night, which includes, such dances as, Breakaway Blues, Gin Swing, Saunter Together, Iris Foxtrot, Tina Tango, Queen of Hearts Rhumba, and that's just to name a few!, and with all the good friendly folk that attend, it makes for a really good social evening, which we hope will keep us all going past our "Sell by Date".
