Not a lot to see, other than birds, who come back to the gardens when the countryside runs out of supplies. Seen a lot of long tailed tits around, and, much to my surprise, a large adult buzzard sitting in a tree in the middle of the Waterloo Estate. Environment groups are still working on Conservation tasks. DWT has groups in several locations, the nearest being Upton Heath. RSPB also works regularly at Arne, where you can take a walk to the hides when you have done enough cutting. Bird watches are mainly in the Studland (NT and DBC) and Durlston (DDC) For Poole RSPB, the next Birdboat is not until the 26th Jan. Useful numbers :-
