The Broadstone Players are a long standing amateur dramatics group, with a reputation for high quality productions.

Over the years we have won a number of awards for standards of acting, direction and set design and creation.

We have over fifty members covering a wide range of interests and ages. (Due to insurance limitations we have a minimum joining age of sixteen.)

LADS (Luca Amateur Dramatics Society) is a local amateur dramatics group who put on a community pantomime every year to raise funds for LUCA (Lytchet and Upton Community Association) who run the community centre where the production takes place.

This years pantomime Santa Claus (the true story), takes place from Wednesday 17th Feb. till Saturday 20th Feb. at 7.30pm with a extra matinee on the Saturday at 2.30pm.

Tickets are on sale locally in Upton at, Upton Home Hardware and Parks News Tickets can also be booked by contacting Jo on 01202 666653.

Our meetings take place on the 4th Tuesday of each month (except December when it is the 3rd Tuesday and August when we do not hold a meeting).

We meet at 7.30pm in the War Memorial Hall, Tudor Road, Broadstone.

Members Subcription cost £25.00 (including quarterly Townswoman Magazine delivered to their home)

Visitors are charged £2.00 per meeting (may come to two before deciding whether to join.)
